In October 2000, The European Convention on Human Rights was, incorporated in to UK Law which states "Everyone has the right for his private and family life, his home..." Newspapers, magazines and other media associates follow a set of rules called the Code of Conduct which is overseen by The Press Complaints Commission. This states that "A publication will be expected to justify intrusions into any individual's private life without consent. The use of long-lens photography to take pictures of people in private places without their consent is unacceptable."

Just remember when your out taking pictures or videos of celebs you MUST respect the celebrity's privacy. Use your common sense when snapping away - we won't syndicate pictures or video that invade, obstruct or abuse any celebrity's privacy. Offensive, unlawful, or hateful images and videos will NOT get printed or used and you could get yourself into a lot of trouble!
